The Protocol Department is the arm of the church concerned with ensuring the welfare and hospitality of guest ministers during their visit to Rhema Chapel.

The vision of the protocol department is based on Hebrews 13:2, which is service to the guests and ministers that are visiting with us.

  • Spirituality: We employ all our members not just to be born again, but to have a close relationship with God through personal prayers and meditation (Joshua 1:8, Colossians 3:16).
  • Cheerfulness: Members are expected to be cordial and cheerful as they interact with the guests, members of the church and community.
  • Order: As the unit responsible for arranging airport picks and accommodation for the guest ministers, we are required to show high level of organization.
  • Excellence: We are committed to do our duty with all diligence and excellence, even as we serve an excellent God (Daniel 6:3).

  • Travel and Transport: We are responsible for planning and handling the traveling arrangements of our guest minister, which involves picking up and returning our guests to their desired destination.
  • Accommodation and Welfare: We also take care of lodging, accommodation and other logistics assignments of visiting guests to the Ministry. Our role is not only to ensure a memorable experience and comfort, but also that such guest ministers are able to focus on their primary assignment while here.
  • Guides and Guards: We stay with the guest during service to make sure they are comfortable. We also offer tourist guide to the guest minister within the city.
