Children’s Ministry

That Christ be formed in our hearts - Galatians 4:19

Our vision is that our children will love and revere God and His word above anything else. By so doing, they will discover God for themselves and develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Ultimately our goal is to lead children toward knowing and accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

We are passionate about discipling our children and teenagers to become faithful followers of Jesus Christ by teaching the whole counsel of God from the Holy Bible, which is God’s word to man, as our final authority. Our Mission is achieved by systematic but relevant age appropriate curriculum that teaches the truth of God’s word in a clear and accurate yet child-friendly manner with practical applications for daily living.

Rhema Children ministry is committed to providing a safe, nurturing and loving environment to every child to grow and experience God for themselves. Our Kingdom Treasures class is fully equipped with a well furnished sensory room in the main floor to make learning and assimilation fun and interesting for our special need children and teens. While we trust God for them to transition into the main stream classroom. Teaching is adaptable base on individualized child needs with the help of our trained loving and caring volunteers.

Our Key Objectives

Formal Instruction

Through our various classes and group sessions.

Informal Instruction

Via summer programs, group projects and various activities.

Service Opportunities

Visiting and rendering volunteer services within the community (e.g. nursing homes, respite homes, etc).

Adult Christian Examples

Children learn by observation, and we use this by allowing them to observe how adults interact with children, other adults, and how they relate to God.

Service and Support for the Parents

We offer children weekly Christian instructions, so parents are free to participate fully in the adult worship service.

Children Bible Study

Club David & Johnathan (Club DJ) – Grades 1-6

Now In-Person: Every Wednesday from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Club DJ is a midweek church club program designed to draw children from our community to our local church and win them to Christ. Our motto in Club DJ is ‘Hearts that desire to please God’ and our aim is to disciple children who have made decisions for Christ and encourage them to have hearts that desire to please Him.

Teens Bible Study

Quiz Meet – Grades 7-12

Now In-Person: Every Wednesday from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Quiz Meet is a Bible Quizzing program aimed at encouraging youth in grades 7-12 to memorize God’s Word in a fun and competitive atmosphere. Our schedule for memorization will cover 15 New Testament books over an 8-year cycle which follows the World Bible Quizzing Association with exception to the book of Philemon.
