As we continue to fellowship in God’s presence, we grow in our understanding of who He is. God is good. Even when we are not aware of His goodness or we cannot see it, He is still good. God’s goodness is more than what He does, it is who He is. On a cloudy day, the sun is hidden behind the cloud, we can’t see it, but it is still there. Issues of our lives sometimes cloud us from seeing the goodness of God, but for sure, God’s goodness is always there because it is who He is.
“The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in Him” Nahum 1:7
