The grace of God brings us into a loving relationship with Jesus. We enjoy this grace through His forgiveness. We do not deserve it, but His grace has made it a reality in our lives. The parable of the prodigal son, in Luke 15 illustrates this. After living recklessly, he decided to return to his father. To his surprise, instead of condemnation, his father received him with a grace filled welcome. This is a story of grace to the underserved. And this is what we enjoy because of the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross.
“In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace” Eph.1:7
