It is important in a race to keep the right pace; otherwise if you are too slow you will easily get behind. If you go too fast, you might get exhausted and lose the strength to finish the race. Finding the right pace in any race can be challenging. When it comes to the Christian race, the Holy Spirit sets the pace for us. We need to stay in step with the Holy Spirit in order to engage the wisdom and discernment we need for the race.
“Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives” Gal.5:25
