God is always looking for those who are ready to listen and learn of Him. God speaks to people who decide in advance to obey Him. He knows the end from the beginning. Our hearts and thoughts are open before the Lord. He knows how willing and ready we are to obey Him. Our willingness and open mindedness go a long way to determine how easily we are able to hear from God.
Isaiah 1:19 “If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land”
