For us to maintain a steady growth in Christ, we need to fix our gaze on Him. There are a thousand and one things out there that want to distract us from following the Lord whole heartedly. The decision lies with us to focus on the Lord and not give room to distractions. It does not work to keep one eye on Christ and the other on the world. Take a moment today to search your heart and think about those things that are distracting you from focusing entirely on Jesus. Receive grace to lay them aside.
